Working Principles

        After being crushed, material are carried into grinding chamber by feeding system, the material will be impacted, cut, extruded among the high speed rotating parts and grains to realize the superfine grinding. The ground material will be transported to the classifying- sections by the updraft airflow and the coarse particles and fine powders will be separated by centrifugal force of classifying wheel and attraction force of draft fan. The unqualified powders will be returned to the grinding chamber. The qualified powders will enter the cyclone and the bag collector for collection. The purified gas will be exhausted from the fan.

Performance and Characteristics

1.Low power consumption: integrate centrifugation, impacting and extrusion, save power consumption 40-50% than other impact mill.
2.High fineness: equipped with self-diffluent classifying system ,the fineness reach≥2500 mesh.
3.Wide scope of feeding：the max feeding size can be ≤50mm, only need one grade coarse grinding before feeding into the impact mill.
4.Low abrasion: the part of grinding is made in new abrasion resistant  material ,long life, no polution when processing the material of Mohs’hardness less than 5.
5.Stable mechanical properties: long time working for all 24 hours one day, no stopping.
6.More function:
The radio between length and diameter can be reached 15:1 for grinding spiculate material.
Without heating up in operation, suitable for grinding the thermo-sensibility materials.
The restoration rate can be reached more than 99.99% for disintegrating of drier and calcined material.
With reshaping function, bulk density of the product can be improved.
Fibre material can be ground.
The high moisture material can be ground as its dry function.
High viscosity materials can be ground.

Application Fields

        Used in the super-fine grinding of talc,wollastonite,kaolinite,barite,mica,graphite,vermiculite,pyrophyllite,brucite,silica, aluminum hydroxide and other material, chemical industry, food, pesticide superfine pulverizing, disintegrating.
